We believe it is critical that young people develop skills and have experiences that help them prepare for all of the different paths that could be available to them. This program focuses on the ability to work in teams, solve problems, dress for success, and communicate effectively are along with several principal skills that employers consistently report desiring in their future hires.
Engaging youth as entrepreneurs can help build economic and cultural value as young people learn skills and develop knowledge that contributes to their communities in unique ways.
